As you will see from this note, there are some obvious differences between what's written at the top of this song list and what appears on the Jaco's 1976 self-title debut album. Songs like "Havona" and "Microcosm" didn't make the album. "Funk" may refer to an early "Come On, Come Over". "Harmonics" is clearly "Portrait of Tracy", there's some question as to whether "Speak Like A Child" will combined with "Kuru".

The bottom half of the page is much closer, appearing to be written at a later date once some decisions had been made.
