First, a few simple rules about submitting photos and art. By submitting your photos and artwork to us, you agree to the following:

• I own or have obtained full authorization to use this image
  
• Jaco Pastorius, Inc. may display the image on its web site and can remove the image at any time, for any reason
• Jaco Pastorius, Inc. may disclose my contact information to a copyright/trademark owner if it the image you submitted is in question (we will verify your e-mail address before posting artwork, so please type it in carefully).
• I will indemnify Jaco Pastorius, Inc. for all damages resulting from my images.
